Patrol Camps were held in a different style this year, with all the troop going to the same site, Dunham Massey, and running their own programmes. Another change this year was the weather, with rain, rain, and more rain it didn't take long for the site to change from a nice grassy field into a swamp, and with possibly the lowest overnight temperatures for 3HG on camp this year, the weekend turned more into a survival exercise than anything else. Still there were plenty of highlights and as some leaders have been known to say in the past plenty of 'Character Building'.
